Sponsor members can attend club events, enjoy access to the clubhouse and member pricing at the bar, and become part of the wider Reading RFC community. Terms & Conditions This is a two-year sponsorship of one pitch-side board at £375 + VAT per year What the club will provide Production of your board Design of your board, where required* Fitting of the board to the fence Ongoing display of the board for the duration of the agreement An exclusive sponsors’ lunch, with networking alongside your fellow sponsors Inclusion of your company details in the website and app index of services and supplier An exclusive sponsors' membership *Please note: use of the Reading RFC Shield or any other club branding within board artwork prepared outside the club’s in-house design team will require prior written permission. Payment Year one: payable on agreement. Year two: payable by 1 June, 2027 Cancellation This is a rolling agreement, allowing you to keep this price in future seasons. Year three and any subsequent year may be cancelled by giving at least three months' written notice before June 1st, preceding the season being cancelled. If less than three months’ notice is given, the following season’s fee of £375 + VAT remains payable. Damage and replacement Boards are positioned pitch-side and may occasionally be damaged through normal play. Should a board be damaged beyond use for any reason, the sponsor is liable for a replacement board at cost.
